The House

The light-filled home has an abundance of windows, making you feel like you are living amongst the trees. The modern open kitchen has high-end appliances, an oversized island for cooking and hanging out, a large dining table with bench seating for entertaining, and is stocked with everything a modern chef could need.

The living space features soaring double height ceilings with sliding doors that open to the screened-in patio so you can listen to the gentle sounds of the creek and enjoy the fresh air without the bugs. Sit around the wood-burning fireplace and play backgammon, cuddle up for movie night, or enjoy reading a book from our curated vintage library.

The newly renovated lower level features a huge open living space with two sets of sliding doors to outside where you can walk up to the screened-in porch. Here you'll also find a gym, with a full set of dumbbells, weight lifting bench, yoga mats and blocks, resistance bands, jump rope, and exercise ball. Soon we'll be adding a large sectional and TV along with completing the space as a recreation room.

The Property

Although just a few minutes to town, the house is located on four private acres, alongside a private creek, and is surround by gorgeous treehouse-esque views. Meander down to the creek and explore the historic stone arch bridge, try your hand at fishing, or splash around to cool down.

The Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms in the house. On the main level there is one room with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, which share a bathroom with double vanity in between. Upstairs you'll fine two queen beds with another full bathroom.

In the lower level, there is another queen bed with a gorgeous picture window, along with a bunk room featuring four twin beds, and a brand new full bathroom with a tub and shower.
